Could the mod be uploaded in "packs" ie. If I want just the city, the cars or whatever is updated, I say just for the case of us who don´t have a fast internet connection to be able to download the 200+ Mb of the full mod.

Do you mean that you want only the map and veichles and replace the file with SA?
